Welcome to the 2009-2010 programme for Adult Education Carlisle, which covers the Longtown area.

We are taking bookings now for courses starting in January 2010. Please check the course details at 'Our Courses' for further information. The January Brochure will be distributed to houses in Carlisle and Longtown the week commencing the 4th of January.

We are offering a wide range of courses at Trinity School, and at our outreach Centres in our local communities. The programme has been updated including new courses for January 2010 and is designed to provide you with accessible learning opportunities to develop skills and confidence for work, leisure and personal enjoyment. We are offering new courses in Creative Writing Intermediate, Street Dance, Aerobics, Artistic Photography, CLAIT, ECDL Essentials, Bookkeeping and Accounts, Holiday Languages and many more! We try our utmost to care for your needs and each year we offer new and innovative classes in response to learner and tutor feedback. Last year over 2,000 adult learners attended courses within our Centre. All of our courses are led by experienced, qualified and dedicated tutors who are committed to helping students achieve personal and professional aspirations.

We are always looking for new tutors. If you have a teaching qualification or are willing to work towards one, please contact the Centre for an informal chat.

The centre will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday the 22nd of December and will re-open on Monday the 4th January.
