These painting workshops are designed for you if you wish to use acrylic. Acrylic paints are a very versatile medium, which can be used thinly almost like watercolour or thickly, like oils. They have the advantage over oils of being extremely fast drying so it is easy to take your paintings home. They are particularly suitable if you are a beginner because unlike watercolour mistakes can easily be worked over.
The drawing workshop will be useful for all artists. Each workshop is self contained, but you may wish to come to all 3 to make a course. Many of the skills are applicable to all painting media, and the tutor will draw out the differences and the similarities.
