Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with strength training and stretching routines to improve all elements of fitness. This class is aimed at the beginner with simple movements and a low level of fitness, which will increase during the course. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and training shoes.
