An exploration of some recipes inspired by cuisine of Spain & Mexico. During the course you will use an eclectic mix of recipes ranging from main filling meals to classic tapas bites. This course is for you if you would like to experiment with slightly less familiar ingredients, often using fish, including squid to make classic calamari.
