Dance your way to fun and fitness! Ballroom Blitz is a dance-exercise class based on ballroom and Latin dances. You will start off learning the Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz, and Foxtrot. You do not need a partner. Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
