By the end of the course you will have a good understanding of bacteria and how it causes food poisoning. You will be aware of ways to prevent the spread of bacteria by following personal hygiene procedure. You will be able to spot the signs of pest infestation and also have understanding of the Food Safety Act.
Robin has worked in the catering industry for over 20 years. He started in his early teens working in hotels and then joined the RAF as a chef before his current job teaching at Carlisle College.
