Do you want to know how to gain computer skills that can give you confidence and competency? That can help you be more efficient in your existing job and impress your employer, or even enhance your ability to get a new job? Then this course is aimed at you. All ICT qualifications at Level 1 and above are classed as an iTQ qualification (this is not an NVQ). The iTQ Certificate (ECDL) is an internationally recognised qualification which enables people to demonstrate their competence in computers skills. This course runs over a year. Each Level involves a mandatory unit, which when completed will generate an iTQ at the respective Levels. You will learn all aspects of the computer including; File Management, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Improving Productivity, E-mailing and the Internet. It is essential that you can write clear English and complete sentences.
