This is a ladies only class only where you will be introduced to modern Indian Bollywood dance. You will learn in a friendly environment how to dance to different styles of Bollywood dance using music and songs from modern Bollywood films. Using dance techniques for the hips, feet, arms and hands.

This is a ladies only class and follows on from the beginners' course. You will
learn new dance moves to enable you to move seamlessly from one movement
to another. It is an up tempo class where you
will study more technical Bollywood movements
in a friendly environment.
