Fees
Course fees compromise of the tuition fee, and where appropriate, the certification fee, which also includes notification of results and certificates by recorded delivery. Courses marked * fixed price. No Concessions available. Your place can only be reserved with payment. A booking fee of £2.00 is also payable. To prevent a class being cancelled it is advisable to book at least 7 days in advance. You may also like to consider enrolling for more than one term.

Concessions

FREE for qualification courses (cert. fees apply) if you are:

• 16-18 years and not in full-time education or employment (cert. fees for whole year required in advance to secure your place)
• In receipt of Work Related (WRAG) Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
• In receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
• Unemployed, seeking employment, and in receipt of state benefit

50% reduction for Leisure courses only if you are:

• In receipt Housing Benefit
• In receipt of Council Tax Benefit
• In receipt of Working Tax Credit (subject to threshold)
• In receipt of pension tax credit (guaranteed credit only)
• Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
• Work Related Employment Support Allowance (ESA)

Please note: You will need to supply a photocopy of proof of concessionary status when you book/complete self declaration form. Your place can not be secured without this.

  Over 60 on the 1 of September and not in full-time employment

Non - Payment of Fees
Should you attend a course for more than one lesson without registering with the Centre, we will issue an invoice for which there will be an administration charge of £10.00.

Refunds
Refunds are only provided if the Centre cancels the course.

Access & Childcare Funds
The access and childcare funds have been made available for students without a full level 2 qualification in receipt of means tested benefits. We can support Childcare provided by a registered child minder/ nursery and Exam fees.
