Confident Me is a two part course and you should complete part 1 before moving on to part 2. It is a confidence-building and empowerment course, which enables you to change your focus from mental strain to mental well-being. You will be provided with a safe environment to discuss confidence your depleting experiences while learning new therapeutic coping skills for life and confidence-enhancement theory strategies. This development of self help aims to enable you to empower yourself and to build confidence and self worth.
