Students will learn about the mechanics of flower arranging design, colours, types of flowers and foliage alongside the elements and principles of design. Also
the techniques involved in wiring and taping flowers and foliage will be covered. Some aspects of floristry will be touched on, such as buttonholes. Equipment
and materials are required for the first class.
