GCSE Mathematics aims to give an approved qualification to learners for entry to further and higher course or just to enhance their mathematical knowledge and skills.

The final assessment takes the form of two written examinations which at Higher Level will allow access to grades A* to D.'

Mary has taught Mathematics at GCSE and A Level in a number of schools over the past 30 years. In Mary's last post she was Head of Mathematics with a department of eight teachers. Mary is currently engaged in the marking of GCSE papers for AQA.
