The course is aimed at you if you are a beginner, and if you wish to continue your practice. You will work at your own level and pace, whilst covering all the elements of Hatha yoga including physical practice, breathing practices and how to unwind an relax. The tutor is a British Wheel of Yoga Instructor. Each class will focus on relaxation for the final 15/20 minutes.
