This course is for you if you wish to learn more about this popular natural therapy in an intensive but practical and fun format. Run over one weekend, these two days will give you the opportunity to both learn and experience an IHM routine and gain confidence to use it safely with both family and friends. Previous experience is not necessary. Please come prepared to work with all members of the group. You may be required to remove an upper layer of clothing when practising massage techniques.
