For those who wish to learn more about this popular natural therapy in an intensive but practical and fun format. Run over 5 weeks, these will give you the opportunity to both learn and experience an IHM routine and gain confidence to use it safely with both family and friends. Previous experience is not necessary. Please come prepared to work with all members of the group.
