This course is for you if wish to learn more about this popular natural therapy in an intensive but practical and fun format. Run over one weekend, these two days will give you the opportunity to both learn and experience the benefits of reflexology and gain confidence to use it safely with family and friends. Please come prepared to work with all members taking part in the course A foot massage using oils will also form part of the course. Previous experience is not necessary.
