TRINITY SCHOOl - MIDDLE GYM
An introduction to Tai Ji for beginners. Tai Ji is a gentle form of exercise originating in China. This class emphasises slow gentle exercise which facilitates the movement of energy around the body. Regular practice brings improvement on many levels - physical, mental and emotional.
Please note: wear loose comfortable clothing, flat shoes/ warm socks / barefoot.

This course is aimed at those who have completed the Beginners course with the tutor and who wish to progress further. Short forum will be covered and partner work, if appropriate.
